MOËT BRUT IMPÉRIAL VIBRANT, GENEROUS, ALLURING. THE WORLD’S MOST LOVED CHAMPAGNE. THE ICONIC OF THE MOËT & CHANDON HOUSE, CREATED IN 1869. BLEND Consistency and balance created from 100 different wines. Diversity and complementarity:
  • Pinot Noir (30 - 40%)
  • Meunier (30 - 40%)
  • Chardonnay (20 - 30%)
GRAPE SOURCING The base wines are tasted blind regardless of their origin. 100 different base wines are necessary to produce Moët Impérial. WINEMAKING Non-oxidative oenology thanks to stainless steel fermentation and systematic protection against oxidation throughout the process to preserve the original fruitiness. 100% malo-lactic fermentation to soften acidity and bring roundness. Long maturation in the cellar for fine bead and velvety texture. Reserve wines: 20 to 30% (1 to 3 years old). MATURATION 24 months maturation in the cellars with 3 months minimum in bottle after disgorgement. DOSAGE 7 to 9 g/l (Brut) FINAL RESULT Generosity & subtlety: the delicious generosity of white fruits: pear, peach, apple. The alluring caress of fine bubbles. The soft vivacity of citrus fruit and gooseberry nuances.
