Supply of Liquor to Minors
It is illegal for us to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 21. It is also illegal for you to buy alcohol from us if you are under the age of 21 and to falsify your details to purchase alcohol if you are under the age of 21.
Non-Sales of Alcohol to Muslims
In accordance with Section 19 (1) and Section 19 (2) of the Syariah Criminal Offences Act 1997, Malaysian Muslims are forbidden from buying and consuming alcohol. Therefore, Blue Ocean Wine House will not sell any alcohol products listed on its website to Malaysian Muslims.
Pricing, Orders & Payment
Blue Ocean Wine House reserves the right to alter prices at any time. All prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). While we endeavor to supply advertised vintages, quantities, and pricing, all orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Blue Ocean Wine House. If any product ordered is unavailable or incorrectly priced, we will contact you to advise of the correct price, vintage, or recommend a suitable substitute. All goods remain the property of Blue Ocean Wine House until payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to limit any sale.
Minimum Order Quantity
There is no minimum order quantity.
Delivery
Delivery charges are based on order quantity. The delivery fee is RM 20. Any breakages or shortages must be reported to Blue Ocean Wine House within 72 hours of delivery via email or phone. You must have your receipt number.
Product and Packing Guarantees
Damaged goods and delivery errors must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. If your order has been packed incorrectly and does not match your invoice, we will correct it for you. If you receive faulty products, we will replace them or credit your account.
Product Description and Information
All product descriptions and information may not be 100% accurate. Tasting notes and alcohol by volume (ABV%) may vary based on vintage and sommelier’s experience or personal preferences. Product images may not be entirely accurate due to changes in labels or packaging by producers. If you have any doubts regarding a product, please contact us immediately.
Product Stock Level
For Bulk Orders
For bulk orders (more than six bottles), please check with us before making any payment to avoid insufficient stock. If an order is made when stock is insufficient, a full refund will be provided, or you can wait until the stock arrives. The estimated time of arrival will be advised.
Single Product Orders
Due to occasional high demand, products on our website may be out of stock without prior notification. A full refund will be provided if a product is out of stock, or you can wait until the stock arrives. The estimated time of arrival will be advised.
Product Vintage
Product vintage may change without prior notification due to product batches. The vintage shown in product details might be out of date. Please contact Blue Ocean Wine House to check specific vintage availability.
Pricing Information
We strive to display our prices correctly on this website. However, if a price is incorrect, we reserve the right not to proceed with your order at that incorrect price. If a product you ordered has been incorrectly priced, we will call you to give you the option of paying the correct price or canceling your order. Prices listed are not inclusive of postage and packaging, which will be added to the bill.

Cancellation
Customers have the right to cancel any order made at Blue Ocean Wine House. We will provide a full refund for orders canceled within 24 hours or immediately since the purchase. The company reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to stock issues or errors during the order transaction within 24 hours as informed.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Ocean Wine House, its officers, directors, employees, consultants, representatives, and agents from any claim, cause of action, or demand, including reasonable legal, accounting, and other professional fees, arising out of your use of the Website.
