The base wine is a straw pale gold mousse with a good white creamy mousse. Bead is incredibly fine and persistent. Yeast lees, biscuit, cooked bread, and toast aromas. Dry palate with exquisite toasty earthy mineral flavours and almond finish notes. Very dry, clean, crisp finish with toast, mineral, and baked bread aftertaste.
