Taittinger Prestige Rose

This champagne is incredibly lively and refined. Its flavour reveals a delicate balance between the freshness and structure of the ever-present red fruit, resulting in a full-bodied and silky finish. Its powerful personality is also reflected in its pleasantly unusual, bright, sparkling colour. A beautifully mixed rosé.

Around 15% of the mix is still red wine from the best Pinot Noirs of the Montagne de Reims, which gives this cuvee its distinct colour and sweet, strong flavour. The high proportion of Chardonnay (30%) completes the blend and delivers the elegance and finesse that one would expect from a Taittinger champagne. The nose is powerful and expressive, with aromas of freshly crushed wild strawberries, cherries, and blackcurrants. The addition of its tiny bubbles evokes four words: vibrancy, fruitiness, freshness, and acidity – qualities that only a fine rosé mix can provide.
