Saito Shochu is a Kyoto-made rice shochu. The use of “Fushimizu” water and low-temperature fermentation with distillation under lower pressure give this shochu a mellow and fruity flavour with a clean finish. It can be paired with foods that retain the original flavour of the ingredients.
