The brewing area of Saito sake is located in Fushimi, the southern section of Kyoto, which has an extensive subterranean water source. This full-bodied and beautiful sake has a rich flavour and a silky finish. It is prepared using YAMADANISHKI rice, often known as the “King of Rice,” which is ideal for brewing sake.
Junmai Daiginjo is a premium sake with the greatest fruity scents and flavour richness.
