Bodegas Santa Ana Unánime Red Wine
RM127.00
The Unanime of Bodegas Santa Ana was born in vineyards in San Carlos, in the magical Uco Valley, in the Argentine region of Mendoza, which is known for producing high-quality wines.
It is made from 60% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, 25% Malbec grapes, and 15% Cabernet Franc grapes that are harvested by hand. The grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks for 19 days after crushing and destemming at a controlled temperature of 23-25 ° C. The wine is then aged in barriques for 20 months before being bottled.
Unanime is characterized by a cherry red color. The nose opens with elegant hints of chocolate, enriched with pleasant notes of tobacco and black pepper. On the palate it is fresh, with a pleasantly juicy acidity. The wine has a good structure and round tannins.
Perfect to accompany grilled red meats, it is ideal in combination with roasts and game.
