Aberlour 18 year old double Sherry Cask Finish Single Malt Scotch Whisky

A new double barrel finished in double sherry (PX and Oloroso Sherry Casks) is being introduced for a lengthy, nuanced flavour with a lingering sweetness.

This superb 18-year-old expression is completed in PX sherry casks and first-fill Oloroso sherry barrels, which together impart a vibrant, syrupy sweetness and raisin and liquorice flavours.

The end result is a rich and delicious whisky with flavours of apricot, chocolate-covered raisins, liquorice root, and grated nutmeg that is lengthy and complex with a lingering sweetness.
