Johnnie Walker 15 Year Old Sherry Finish Blended Scotch Whisky Combo

Johnnie Walker Aged 15 Years Sherry Finish is the brand’s newest creation, created in collaboration with master blender Jim Beveridge.

The well-balanced whiskey has been aged for at least 15 years and was carefully blended from some of the best single malts. It was completed in ex-sherry wood casks that had previously housed sherry from the Jerez region of Spain. The new expression has a distinctive sweetness and depth that conceal qualities that are typical of that part of Spain.

There is a faint flowery perfume on the nose that develops into a scent of baked apples, honey, and vanilla without the typical whiff of smokiness associated with the label. Sherry-only flavours include candied fruits, dried fruits, and cocoa. This traditional flavour profile comes from the Clynelish Distillery in Scotland’s highlands.

The richness of flavour is finished on notes of honey and candied fruit that linger after each drink, along with the distinctive scents of fruit cake and dried fruits from the Glen Elgin Distillery.
