The Joseph Cartron House has been in the Cartron family since 1882, with roots in Nuits-Saint-Georges, the heart of Burgundy’s great cru vineyards. For well over a century, the Joseph Cartron family company has created high-quality fruit liqueurs and distilled traditional Eaux-de-vie (fruit brandies) while keeping up with modern technology. Preserving and improving the original flavour of the fruits is the talent of a renowned distiller. This is the culmination of years of experience and meticulous care beginning with the harvest. The fruit must have a high aromatic content, which can only be found in historical types, and because each harvest is unique, each manufacture requires meticulous attention to detail.
