Chandon Brut has a delicate straw colour with green undertones and an excellent fine bead and mousse. Apple sorbet, orchard blooms, and lemon zest scents mingle with light brioche and fresh sourdough flavours. The palate begins with the traditional Chardonnay pear flavour. A lengthy, dry, and refreshing finish is set off by a gently creamy mouthfeel, zesty acidity, and nuanced undertones of nougat.
